1. I tried ads before and it didn't work, what will you do differently?
We’ll analyze what you did and see what insights we get which we can use for our future campaigns. If you just boosted a few posts, it’s highly likely that you would have achieved your goal apart from getting a few engagements on your posts.
However, we don’t guarantee that ads will work for your business, there are too many variables to promise success. For example, the B2B SAAS industry is very competitive. If you’re a new entrant in this competitive space your service pricing, onboarding and after sales support, product features will play a crucial role as well apart from the ads and optimization we do also you may need to spend a lot on marketing to compete with the big competitors in your space.
Before we start any campaign, we will look at your goals and budget and give you our honest opinion based on the estimations shared by Facebook and from our experience over the years about our chances of providing you with a good return on your investment.
2. How much does it cost?
There are two costs involved in us running your ad campaigns for you. First, you will need to cover the cost of the ads. This fee is paid directly to Facebook and it is a monthly payment.
There is also our management fee which we charge to manage your campaigns for you.
3. Do you need access to my Facebook account?
We will need access to your Facebook page but we will never ask for your personal Facebook password.
We maintain an agency account for businesses and you’ll get a request that we want access to your page and if in case you have an existing Ad Account/Business Manager we will need access to them as well.
4. Do Facebook Ads work?
Yes they absolutely work. But you have to make sure you have the right goal for your ads and that you are measuring the right things.
Facebook has some of the most highly targeted, lowest cost per click advertising available on the internet today.
5. Are Facebook Ads better than Google Ads?
Facebook Ads and Google Ads are fairly different in the way they target people.
Google targets based on what people are searching for in that moment i.e it is search intent based
Facebook targets based on interests that people have in their profile (Pages people have liked, Interests they may have added, and demographics targeting based on 3rd party data).
With Google ads you can target more around what people want. Maybe they are searching for “best productivity software” vs. Facebook ads where you are targeting specific job titles and interests that may be interested in the product.
6. How will we know if our Facebook marketing really works?
Your dedicated Facebook advertising specialist will help you determine your ideal CPA (cost per acquisition) as part of this discovery procedure based on the estimates from Facebook. It may take some time in the start to obtain the appropriate balance of content, placement, and target audience optimization, but your specialist will maintain fine-tuning the campaigns till they are converting for your goals within your target price range. All of this information will be continually shared with you, which means you will know exactly when your Facebook effort turns the corner toward achievement.
